This page applies to MusicMint services operated by Beijing Zhiliu Chenghai Technology Co., Ltd.

Deleting MusicMint data does not delete your Facebook account. It removes information associated with your MusicMint account from our systems, subject to the limited retention described below.

Choose a deletion option

Delete your account in MusicMint

Sign in to MusicMint and go to Settings > Manage Account > Delete Profile. Review the notice and confirm deletion. Account deletion is irreversible.

Remove MusicMint from Facebook

In Facebook, open Settings & privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites. Select MusicMint, choose Remove, and follow any option Facebook displays for requesting deletion of information shared with MusicMint.

Send us a deletion request

If you cannot access your account or Facebook does not display a deletion option, request deletion by email using the instructions below.

Request deletion by email

Email us from the address associated with your MusicMint account. Use the subject MusicMint Data Deletion Request.

Include only the information needed to locate and verify your account:

  • The email address associated with your MusicMint account.
  • Your MusicMint account name, if different.
  • Your Facebook app-scoped user ID, if available and if you used Facebook Login.

Protect your information. Do not send us your password, payment card details, identity documents, or other unnecessary sensitive information. We may ask for limited additional information when needed to verify account ownership.

Data covered by your request

After we verify the account, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with it, including where applicable:

  • Account and profile details.
  • Facebook-derived data such as your app-scoped Facebook user ID, email address, and public profile information.
  • Generated content, uploaded media, saved projects, and other user content connected to the account.
  • Service activity and preferences that can be linked to the account.

Processing time and confirmation

We will process a verified deletion request as soon as reasonably possible and complete deletion from active systems within 30 days. When an email address is available, we will send confirmation after the request has been completed or contact you if more information is required.

Access to the account may end before all associated deletion work is complete. Backup copies are isolated from normal use and expire through our standard backup rotation.

Limited retention

We may retain limited records when required by law or reasonably necessary for payment reconciliation, tax and accounting obligations, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements. Such records are restricted to those purposes and retained only for the required period.

Aggregated or anonymized information that can no longer identify you may be retained for service analytics and reporting. For more information, review our Privacy Policy.
