MusicMint (" MusicMint "or" We ") recognizes the importance of user privacy, security and data protection. In order to improve our App services and provide a better user experience, there are times when we need to collect and process information and data. This Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy") informs you of how we use and protect your personal information. Please read it carefully before using MusicMint. In case of doubt or discrepancy between the two versions, the latest version should prevail.

By accessing or using MusicMint services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and all terms and conditions incorporated by reference. This privacy policy is a part of MusicMint and is included in the 【Terms of Use】. If you do not agree to all of the following terms and conditions, you may not use MusicMint services.
What Data We Collect
Information Provided by Users
MusicMint gets certain information when you provide it to us.
- When you register with us and use the app, you typically provide your username, password, your social network links, and your profile.
- When you purchase a virtual product through our services, we use a payment processing program to collect your payment information and complete the transaction.
- Information that you provide to us when you contact us for assistance;
- And interactive features. We and other users of our services may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide or access through our interactive features, such as shared content and social media pages. Please note that, unless otherwise provided by applicable law, any information you disclose in the public portions of these features will be considered "public" and may not be subject to the privacy safeguards referred to in this document.
- Investigate. You may be contacted to participate in a survey. If you decide to participate in a survey, we may ask you to provide certain information, which may include personal information.
- When you use our apps, such as to access, search, download, set up, or generate content, we obtain it from your current and past activity on the Services.
- When using our App, we may collect photos that you upload from your gallery. Please note that you will not be able to upload the contents of your camera roll unless you allow access to your device's camera.
- Facial Feature data: We can only collect facial feature data separately from your photos to provide you with musicmint's Face swap feature if you give your consent.
The purpose of collecting facial data: to provide you with musicmint's Face Swap feature.
- Music Data Storage: Please note that we collect music signature data that is non-biometric data. At the end of the analysis process, all data will be deleted and no data will be stored indefinitely. Your uploaded music and templates will be deleted within 3 days.
- Data sharing: Only with your permission will we capture your five senses position and shape, analyze facial feature information, store this information on our servers for photo processing, and return renderings to you. We will not share your raw biometric data with any third party, and the photos you upload will be deleted within 3 days of the completion of the analysis process.
Information Collected Automatically
With your permission, the application may automatically collect the following information: The type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique device ID, your IP address, your mobile operating system, your AD ID, MAC, network status, non-precise device location information (such as city or region), the current APP version, and information about how you use the App.
Facebook SDK Data Collection
Our app integrates Facebook SDK to provide enhanced features and social connectivity. Through this integration, the following information may be collected:
- Facebook Login Information: When you choose to log in with Facebook, we collect your Facebook ID, email address (if permitted), and public profile information.
- Device Information: Facebook SDK may collect device-specific information such as device identifiers, operating system, and hardware version.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our app's Facebook-related features.
- Analytics Data: Aggregated data about app performance and user behavior.

Account Number for Accessing Third-Party Services
Such services allow the app to access and perform actions on data in your account on third-party services. These services are not automatically activated, but require explicit authorization from the user.
- Facebook Connect. This service allows this application to connect with user accounts on the Facebook social network, provided by Facebook Inc. We only collect the information required for your Facebook account, such as emails and public profiles.
- Google +. This service allows this application to connect with user accounts on the Google + social network provided by Google. We only collect the information required for your Google account, such as emails and public profiles.
- X. The Service allows the application to connect with user accounts on the Twitter social network provided by Twitter. We only collect necessary information from your Twitter account, such as emails and public profiles.
Cookies
A Cookie is a small piece of data sent from a website by the user's web browser and stored on the user's device while the user is browsing the web. With cookies, we are able to provide you with a better personal experience. In addition, we use cookies for our analytical purposes and for targeted advertising purposes.

What Do We Do with the Data We Collect
We need this information to gather your needs and provide you with a better service, in particular for the following reasons:
- To provide and maintain services such as:
- To provide our music generation, lyrics preservation and similar services;
- To provide access to certain areas, functions and features of our services;
- Personalize and improve our products, content, features and services;
- Developing new services and features;
- Conduct data analysis, research and statistics on applications;
- Send messages such as notifications, updates and management messages;
- Providing customer support;
- Providing services to users who allow us to share their AD ID with our AD network partners in order to serve them personalized ads within the app.
- Enforce our agreements and policies and comply with our legal obligations.
How Do We Share Data
We may share non-personally identifiable information or personally identifiable information with our partners or affiliates and third-party vendors as reasonably necessary to provide services to you.
- Only with your permission will we capture your five senses location and shape, analyze facial feature information, store this information on our servers for photo processing, and return renderings to you. We will not share your raw biometric data with any third party, and the photos you upload will be deleted within 3 days of the completion of the analysis process.
- Comply with a subpoena or similar legal process; Then we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your or others' safety, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- Advertising network Partners: in order to serve advertising.
- Social Media Integration: When you use Facebook-related features, certain information may be shared with Facebook as described in Facebook's Data Policy. We only share information necessary for the functionality of these features.
We use de-identification and data anonymization to protect your privacy. (De-identification is the process used to prevent someone's personal identity from being revealed. Data anonymization is defined as "the process by which personal data is altered so that the data subject can no longer be identified, directly or indirectly.")
Analytics Company: To help us understand how our app is being used.
Share with service providers we trust: such as hosting providers, CDN solution providers, database solutions, technical infrastructure services, customer support services, crash analysis, etc. The use of shared information is not covered by this Privacy Policy. Subsidiaries and affiliates. We may share your personal information with members of our extended family of companies.
How Do We Transmit Information
- As described in the previous section, we share certain information with third parties who may store your information in countries other than the one in which you are located. We carefully select third parties and only work with those that are in full compliance with our Privacy policy and all laws and regulations regarding the handling of personal information.
- Transfer of express consent: When we have a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation, if the transfer of personal information is involved, we will require the new companies and organizations holding your personal information to continue to comply with this policy, or we will require them to re-seek your authorization and consent.
How Do We Protect the Security of Your Data
musicmint employs adequate and appropriate physical, technical and procedural safeguards to protect your information.
- When we transmit highly confidential information, we use the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol to protect it.
- When we transmit website data, we protect your data from Internet traffic hijacking by using https encryption.
- We protect against data loss and corruption by backing up our data.
Please note that while we strive to provide reasonable security for the information we process and maintain, no security system can protect against all potential security breaches. We cannot be held responsible for third parties circumventing any privacy settings or security measures.
Right to Withdraw Consent
- Opt-out of all information collection by uninstalling the App;
- Contact us and request account deletion. Be aware that we may be obligated to keep some or all of your information on our servers even after you delete your account; (comply with a subpoena or similar legal process)
- Withdraw your consent at any time in the application Settings; Go to [Settings] - [Manage Account] - [Delete Profile]
- Delete the account. Be aware that the act of deleting an account is irreversible. When you delete your account, we will delete your relevant data.
The Kids
musicmint does not knowingly collect or store personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 unless permitted by law. Anyone who visits any website or uses any mobile app represents to us that he or she is at least 13 years of age and has read and will comply with our online safety and best practice guidelines. If we become aware that we have received personally identifiable information from a person under the age of 13, we will use reasonable efforts to remove that information from our records.
Changes to Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. In the event of any changes, you are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically and your continued use will be deemed to agree to all changes. You can view a history of this Policy below.
