For the chorus, the last sentence says "because I already know I'll miss you too". But in French, "I miss you" is "tu me manques" which literally means "you miss from me" (as explained in the cheesy Xmas movie "Champagne Problems" - not recommended). That, in turn, explains the weird phrasing in the line just above.
