Wo ist es heut, mein leichtes Herz? Wer hat es mir gestohlen?

Hab ich es selbst verlegt? ... Ich möchte es zurück mir holen.

... wo die Welt scheint heil und ganz.

Wo mein Horizont erstrahlt, in einem magischen Glanz.

Ich möchte wieder hell wach träumen, erneut an Wunder glauben.

Mich auf die Zukunft freuen, mit einem Leuchten in den Augen.

Ich sehne mich voll Schmerz, ...

nach meinem unbeschwerten Kinderherz.

Wer greift sie, meine Hand ...

Die Kunst, sie ging verloren ...

Kein Karton fliegt heute noch zum Mond.

Ein Ast ist nur ein Ast ...

totes Holz, in dem kein Feuer wohnt.

Der Stein, der damals hat gefunkelt, war am Ende ohne Wert.

Schlösser baut man nicht aus Sand, weil der Regen sie sonst zerstört.

Am Tage träumen geht nicht mehr, ich muss mich konzentrieren.

Muss müde rennen, Leistung bringen. Zu rasten kann ich nicht riskieren.

Irgendwo zwischen hier und dort, ging der Zauber still verloren.

Mich holten ein des Lebens Sorgen. Zu bleiben haben sie geschworen.

Sag, wer hat den Schlüssel nun, zur Pforte meiner Kinderzeit?

Wo liegt nochmal das Wunderland? Ist der Weg für mich zu weit?

Meine Welt gleicht einem Sturm, aus Gier, Hass und Gewalt,

beherrscht von Monstern in Verkleidung, in menschlicher Gestalt.

Kein Leben wiegt hier viel. Geld und Macht sind das, was wichtig scheint.

Im feinen Gewand thront Kälte. Sie weiß nicht wie man um andere weint.

Die Erde schreit in tausend Sprachen, nach Erbarmen, nach Verstand.

Menschen verbrennen ihre Lungen, jagen Nägel durch ihre Hand.

Zu viele Tiefen hab ich gesehen, ich kann sie nicht vergessen.

Ich will zurück das warme Licht, das ich als Kind einst hab besessen.

Hört jemand meinen Schrei?

Geht der Sturm in mir einmal vorbei?

Ist das Land der Wunder für mich verloren?

Bleiben meine Wünsche eingefroren?
