听曲填词，真的是一项很棒的练习。
一边数着拍子，一边反复聆听原曲的段落与节奏，
再根据旋律的快慢、起伏，去决定歌词的字数与情绪走向。
看似只是“填词”，
其实是在学习，如何与音乐对话。
真正的挑战在于：
在尽量不改变原曲结构的前提下，
把最贴切的文字放进最刚好的位置。
每一个字，既要合拍，也要有意义；
既不能多，也不能少。
不容易，但也正因为这样
才让人着迷。

Writing lyrics to an existing melody is truly a wonderful exercise.
You count the beats, listen repeatedly to the structure and rhythm of the original piece,
and shape your lyrics based on the pacing, flow, and emotional rise and fall of the music.
It may seem like simply “filling in lyrics,”
but in reality, it is about learning how to communicate with music.
The real challenge lies in this:
to place the most fitting words into the most precise moments,
while preserving the original structure as much as possible.
Every word must align with the rhythm and carry meaning，
not too many, not too few.
It isn’t easy,
and perhaps that’s exactly what makes it so captivating.
