カラーシリーズ第三弾

「紫」です

んでそれをチェロ和ロックで仕上げました

このタイミングで三味線を使ってはならんと本能が告げたので、琴をメインで使っています。

歌い方や、曲に特徴が欲しかったので、私のルーツでもある、完全なビジュアル系の歌い方、曲作りを採用しています。

これがルーツなのは、ところどころ皆さんのとこのコメントで書いていったりしてますね！

和ロックを作るってなって、題材はこの色で行くって決めてました

ただ、滅茶苦茶世界観の構築が難しく、紫って何よ？って感じでしたが、案外触れていることも多い色だと気が付き、最後は珍しく攻めないってところに世界観の構築をした感じですね。

前半パートと後半パートで世界観の変わる歌詞になってはいますが、自分が持つ、聴く人にも持って欲しい紫の印象をそのまま歌詞にした感じですね。

Color Series Part 3: "PURPLE". This is Cello Japanese Rock.

My instincts told me that using a Shamisen wasn't quite right for this specific moment, so I decided to feature the Koto (Japanese harp) as the main traditional instrument. To give the vocals and the composition a unique character, I went back to my musical roots and adopted a full-on "Visual Kei" style. As I've mentioned in the comments section here and there, Visual Kei is where I come from!

When I decided to make a Japanese-style rock track, I knew from the start that I wanted to use this color as the theme. However, building the worldview was incredibly difficult. I found myself asking, "What even is Purple?" But then I realized it's a color we actually encounter surprisingly often. In the end, I built the concept around "not being aggressive"—which is a rare choice for me.

The worldview of the lyrics shifts between the first and second halves. I simply turned my own impression of "Purple"—an impression I hope you'll feel too—directly into lyrics.

異界に連れて行かれそうな感覚を持つ

彼岸時、昼と夜が均一になる頃、

同じく飲み込まれるように、

あの世にもこの世にも

近づくようなそんな世界に陥る

これらは全てこの色が

この世界の理となる瞬間

どこまでも静かで、

どこまでも情熱的な、

青と赤を織り交ぜた、

とても純度の高い高い色だから

この色は

見せびらかさない

強さをもち

魂の品格を

導き出し静かに語る

影が反射する時に溢れ出し

決して言葉を必要としない

美しさを知る

夕暮れ時に、

一人言葉を選ばずに

触れるにはとても重たく

そして近づくほど静かだ

この艶めかしくもある

気品高い色を

何かで支配することは

するべきではない

存在する刹那に

合わせて染まりゆき

そして、優雅な意味を知る

この色を通してふと思う

たまには逃げ出すことも

一つの勇気で

あることを

とてつもなく吸い込まれるような情景

少し地に足がつかなくなりそうな光景

優しさの中にも

距離を取る覚悟が

必要な時だってあるんだ

ただ闇雲に攻めればいいってもんじゃない

時には境界を見極め深みに嵌らないように

攻めない事もまた強さなんだ

次の一手の為に、そっと呼吸を整えよう

与えられた距離

ここに意味を持たせて

At dusk, Alone, without choosing words Too heavy to touch And the closer you get, the quieter it becomes

This lustrous And noble color Should not be dominated By anything at all

Dyeing itself to match The moment it exists And knowing the meaning of elegance

Thinking suddenly through this color That sometimes running away Is also a form Of courage

A scene that sucks you in completely A sight where your feet might leave the ground

Even within kindness There are times when The resolve to keep distance Is necessary

It’s not just about attacking blindly Sometimes see the boundary, so you don't fall too deep

Not attacking is also strength Quietly catch your breath for the next move
