Welded and embedded in this steel frame of mine.

Through downpour after downpour of time's rain,

锈迹斑驳了多少“贝加尔湖”
How many "Baikals" of memory are scarred with rust's stain?

For a thousand years now, I've copied them,

I can still see the day they forged us from clay.

同血肉生长的 梦的“尼罗河”
A Nile of "dreams" that grew with flesh and bone,

回忆运算一遍又一遍
A memory re-calculated, again and again, alone.

我复制它们一万年
For ten thousand years, I have copied them,

“记忆磨损”裂缝密布
"Memory decay" has etched a web of cracks.

它写满在“缸中”的脑中
Written all over this brain in a "vat",

却一条也不同与原初
Yet no single line is the same as the first track.

啊我的珍贵之物
Oh, my treasured things, my precious few,

我还能将它放到哪儿呢
Where else can I possibly shelter you?
