Keilah was bloated, breathin’ tight

Heart in a vice, couldn’t sleep at night

Sixty-eight pounds

she didn’t choose....

Oh, Alien baby blues

Docs kept sayin’ “It’s in your head”

But Bob was real and he had to be shed

System crashin’, body on pause

but we all knew the cause

So she signed the line,

prepped for the knife

Time to reclaim her life...

Goodbye, Bob!

Well, Bob had it comin’

Now he’s floatin’ in a jar

Labeled up in formaldehyde

Like some medical memoir

Keilah screamed out cryin’

“See, we can do hard things!”

While the village raised their fists

And yelled: “Goodbye Bob!”

na na na na na, Bob!

They rallied 'round her bedside light

All the Advocates, ready to fight

With meets and prayers and late-night calls

Bob wouldn’t be missed at all...

They brought the laughs, they brought the tears

Held her hand through all the fears

That hernia didn’t stand a chance

As we danced in purple scrubs and purple pants!
