Ария Снежной Королевы.

🧊Трон из чистого льда. 🧊

Мой Замок выстроен из слёз и тишины,

Здесь замерзают тени, сны и звуки.

В чертогах этой вечной белизны

Я спрятала себя от горькой муки.

Когда-то сердце билось и цвело,

Но тот, кто клялся в верности - предал.

Оно разбилось, как тончайшее стекло,

И я укрылась в царстве зимних скал.

Пусть говорят, что я черства, жестока,

Но лёд - надёжней призрачной любви.

В нём нет обмана, боли и упрёка,

Лишь тишина застыла в ледяной кровИ.

Я - Королева вечного покоя,

Красива, недоступна и горда.

Я выбрала безмолвье ледяное,

Чтоб не страдать от чувств уж никогда.

Но глядя, как девчонка ради друга

Идёт сквозь лёд, смеясь своей судьбе,

Я слышу, как дрожит в бессилье вьюга,

И я впервые лгу самой себе...

Она целует Кая в зябкий иней,

И плавит сердце жар её молитв.

А я стою, застыв в холодной сини,

Среди своих побед и прошлых битв.

Моё величие - всего лишь клетка,

Где каждый вздох - прозрачный, хрупкий лёд.

Я думала, покой - моя отметка,

Но одиночество всё чаще сердце жжёт.

Что если зря я выбрала забвенье?

Что если боль - цена за право жить?

Я вижу в Герде странное свеченье,

Которое не в силах я забыть...

Я - Королева вечного покоя,

Но мой покой - тяжёлая беда.

Осталось сердце горькое, больное,

Хотя вокруг - сверканье льда.

Я вижу их... они уходят вместе,

А я одна... на троне из стекла.

В моём пустом и ледяном поместье

Нет больше капли прежнего тепла.

Одиночество... холод...

Верный ли путь?.. Как быть?...

Снова поверить в любовь?...

Как мне решиться вновь мечтать...

Забыть, и, наконец, простить...

"The Queen of Frozen Silence"

My castle’s built of silence and of tears,

Where shadows, dreams, and sounds all freeze away.

Within this eternal white, through all the years,

I hid myself from pain that used to stay.

Once, my heart was beating, full of bloom,

But he who swore his faith... he did betray.

It shattered like thin glass into the gloom,

And in these winter rocks, I hid to pray.

Let them all say I’m cruel and I’m cold,

But ice is surer than a ghostly love.

No lies, no pain, no grudges here take hold,

Just frozen silence in my blood above.

I am the Queen of everlasting peace,

Beautiful, distant, proud in every way.

I chose this icy void to find release,

So feelings never lead my heart astray.

But watching how that girl, for her dear friend,

Walks through the ice, laughing at her fate,

I hear the weakened blizzard start to bend,

And I first lie to me... before it's late.

She kisses Kai into the chilling frost,

Her prayers’ heat melts the heart within his chest.

While I stand still, in frozen blue I’m lost,

Midst past battles and my hollow quest.

My majesty is nothing but a cage,

Where every breath is transparent, brittle ice.

I thought that peace was my eternal stage,

But loneliness now burns... and won't suffice.

What if I chose oblivion in vain?

What if the price of life is feeling pain?

In Gerda, I behold a strange, bright glow,

A light that I can't let my spirit go...

I am the Queen of everlasting peace,

But now my peace is heavy, like a blow.

My heart is bitter, seeking for surcease,

Though all around is ice and diamond show.

I see them now... they’re leaving, hand in hand,

And I’m alone... upon my throne of glass.

Within my empty, frozen, lonely land,

The ghost of warmth is all that’s left to pass.

Loneliness... the cold...

Was it the right path? What do I do?

Should I believe in love again?

How can I dare to dream...

To forgive, and finally... let it go?
