They burned together in the rainbow’s light,

A violet flame,

She within him,

He within her,

A white flame,

A violet flame—

Merging into one soul of pure love,

Burning,

Present,

Allowing...

**Chorus:**

He melted

She arched

He groaned

She burned

He knew her

Like he’d never known

She loved him

Like she’d never loved before

And she shattered

Like a galaxy undone,

He roared into her

Like thunder wrapped in flame—

No past,

No future,

Only the tremble

Of now,

Only the glow

Of a soul reborn

In touch.

They burned,

They drowned,

They rose again—

One soul,

One pulse,

One boundless name.

**The world beyond the rainbow...

was always them.**
