Meeting you later in life was how it was supposed to happen.

Both of us healing working on ourselves. Not sure what was in store for both of our futures. Then it was like God himself said here you go – heal together! Love each other and grow together! When we found love later in life, there’s something about that – that hits different than anything else.

The truth is – 🙏God heard me and gave me you. Of course I don’t know the exact moment he heard me. Maybe it was when I was praying a silent prayer or during tears that I was wiping away without telling anyone the reason why. It could’ve been in the nights that I had felt alone praying, and asking God if real love was something I was going to be able to find me – but God heard me and gave me you. Even when I didn’t know what to ask for. And then there was you– not just someone to love what to make my life better and love me back in all the ways that I didn’t know I needed. Loving me always with kindness, with graciousness and with grace from every early moment, just talking on the phone forever to simply holding hands riding on her way to the store and back. You are the person that brings peace into my life. You’re not just my person, but you’re a reminder every day that God does listen and that he shows up through people that his timing is his timing but his answer was certainly worth the wait💕 when I look at you I don’t just see love. I see God’s hand that brought me a gift in my life that I call my wife. And I’ll never stop thanking him for you and this family.
