State of Mind
Merging trip-hop’s downtempo breaks with metallic industrial percussion, the track begins with a pulsing acid house bassline and swirling analog synths. Layers of warped samples and robotic sound effects create a dense, hypnotic rhythm, while distorted pads add evolving textures, looping into a mesmerizing sonic spiral.

Lyrics
Verse 1
I feel the cold wind curl right into this empty hall.
It’s like every piece of us is just drifting over this endless sprawl.
See our silhouettes of sorrow floating down beneath the moon,
And the stars holding the memory of an old broken spoon.
Verse 2
The hallway sighs as dust settles on the cold stone door,
A single candle trembles, spilling silver light across the floor.
Our breath hangs heavy, caught between the silence and the storm,
The world outside feels distant, as if frozen into brittle form.
Chorus x2
It’s simply just a state of mind.
I need something to help me unwind,
And let the darkness dissolve my doubts — unbound,
While the silence sings me back to solid ground.
Bridge
The world contracts, then expands, as breath held too long draws a sigh,
Every challenge finds its purpose where earth meets the sky.
I turn my gaze inward, where the fire never truly dies,
A quiet resolve that steadies the steps I take toward the sunrise.

Final Chorus
It’s simply just a state of mind.
I need something to help me unwind,
It’s simply just a state of mind.
I need something to help me unwind,
It’s simply just a state of mind.
It’s simply just a state of mind.
It’s simply just a state of mind.
It’s simply just a state of mind.
