IceBuddy started to work as Net Security for Lady Liz and Hiro around '74. Killed in the '75 Latency Massacre, trying to protect the girls of the club. After death he became an urban legend, subject of comical and tragic stories ("St. Ice Man Protector of the Whores" is a common graffiti in NC and can be found in other NUSA cities as well as well in Europe). Killed by Smasher Jr, one of his former employer, as initiation rite imposed by Smasher himself.
