《我還欠一首歌》源自那兩句廣為流傳的詩：「我有一壺酒，可以慰風塵」。它化用韋應物的孤寂，並在當代詩意接龍中，續寫為「盡傾江海裡，贈與天下人」的開闊。

從個人慰藉到天下共飲的昇華，不正是所有創作者心底最深的渴望嗎？於是，我寫下了這首歌。

當那壺酒終於傾入江海，當這首歌開始隨風遠行，孤獨便有了迴音，漂泊便有了故鄉。

揣著空酒瓶 與未寄出的信件

走進這城市 任人潮推離站台邊

Time is a looping, worn-out vinyl record

My worries, like fallen leaves, piled high before an empty courtyard wall

Carrying an empty bottle and letters never sent

I walked into this city, let the crowd push me away from the platform's edge

長街的盡頭 只剩路燈在閃爍

我把孤獨譜成 不成調的歌

一字一句啊 在夜裡反覆打磨

才發現有些痛 唱出來就輕得多

At the street's end, only a flickering streetlamp remains

I composed my loneliness into a tune that never found its key

Word by word, I polished them through the night

Only to discover some pains grow lighter when sung aloud

唱那年的星空 唱遺忘的承諾

後來我去過 許多陌生的城

愛過幾個人 都像短暫的旅程

有的歌寫到一半 和弦就斷了線

才明白遺憾 是成長的另一面

Later, I arrived in many unfamiliar towns

Some songs were left half-written, their chords snapping mid-line

Only then understanding that regret is the other face of growth

凌晨的房間 琴弦輕輕震動

把往事折疊 放進旋律的抽屜中
