By becoming aware of them, we can break free, dissolve the shadows, and transform what remains into love, carrying forward blessings instead of scars.

- I wanted to create a song with the keyword “Poster”, which led me to “Posterity.” That instantly reminded me of the book
"It Didn’t Start with You: How Inherited Family Trauma Shapes Who We Are and How to End the Cycle".
It’s such a powerful book, and I hope more people read it. That’s why I wove its core ideas into the lyrics.
- Since the book speaks about causes, healing methods, and mantras, I embedded those directly into the song. The melody grew from a remix I worked on, and I shaped the arrangement with prompts for angelic vocals and lush, dreamy instrumentation to capture the atmosphere of release and transcendence.
