Lyrics
What is my problem? I found asking myself again! I couldn’t believe I was here again. I know that when someone shows you their true colors the first time, believe it! But.. I didn’t and he was worse than the second and third time. I’m in no pity dance. I’m on a wake up mission that ends in happiness with myself. And gives me the inner strength to never surrender to this person again, i mean ever! In order to recover you go back to the beginning. So, that is what I did and the snapshots I saw where the reality I faced every little bit along the way. The lies… oh the lies… the promises… oh the promises… Never kept, not once. Call a fool a fool. Maybe I needed a literal brick to hit me up side the head every time I went back. But the brick couldn’t be blank because obviously I was! So I needed an in-scripted brick to clock me in the head with all the reasons that were why I shouldn’t go back again. Ya know in my prayers alone at night sometimes I say that to Jesus because I’m thinking I am not seeing or hearing his message so I need a good clocking. Of course, my loving Jesus would never do that. This breakup was really different, God sent me messages that were so loud, so clear, I even heard and saw them. Praise Jesus. I was so happy that I was hit with my fake brick. I know Jesus answers my prayers but I have to work on patience, listening and watching. It’s not just I, he works for every single one of you listening to this or has not. There is no sad ending to my story just normal pain that heals in time. I relie on Jesus for my comfort. I am so grateful though, that i actually woke up to hear his signs for that the past door is closed. God did this on purpose for he knew it was best for me. What he has for my future is exciting to see.
