Our fairy tale

The fire I feel turns into songs and that’s enough.

You feel differently, and that’s alright,

but don’t ask me to lose myself

just so that you can feel safe.

Every word you say is self-defense,

and yet you demand

forgiveness from me.

Let’s go on with the tale - but clear, sincere.

Everything’s set: I’m here,

and you - on the other side of the world.

Let’s go on with the tale,

and the copyright - that’s mine.

Light up the verse, but every rhyme will need

a stream of water a wide jet of firelight undone.

If you mean it, then say it out loud:

what does your fairy tale mean?

A date, a move, a life with me,

or just listening to music together?

Wild dances, neon lights, a crowd,

excitement, danger

Let’s go on with the tale, let’s be sincere.

Or am I just here for your peace?

Let’s make it real - a try, a test,

taste what you like, and what you detest.

Roll with me in snow, in grass,

let’s carve pumpkins, sculpt ice,

and strum the strings

guitars, drums, and cymbals too!

Let’s sound as one -

until the string snaps through.

And then put everything away,

dust it off, erase the signs

the hair, the scent of perfume,

air out the room.

A mi mesénk

A tűz, amit érzek, dalokba fordul és ez elég.

Máshogy érzel, az rendben,

de ne kérd, hogy elveszítsem magam,

csak azért, hogy te biztonságban légy...

Minden szavad védekezés,

s te tőlem követelsz felmentést.

Folytassuk a mesét, de tisztán, őszintén.

Minden adott; én itt és te a világ másik felén...

Folytathatjuk a mesét, és a szerzői jog az nekem jár.

Gyújtsd meg a strófát,

de minden rímhez Oltóvíz kell majd,

- széles víz-sugár...

Ha komolyan gondolod, mondd el bátran:

mit jelent a tündérmeséd,

találka, költözés, velem akarsz élni,

vagy csak hallgassunk együtt zenét?

Vad táncok, neon fény, nagy társaság,

izgalom, veszély,

Folytassuk a mesét, legyünk őszinték.

vagy én - hmmm csak a békédhez kellenék…

Ejtsük meg, legyen egy próba, egy teszt,

kóstold meg az ízt, azt is, - mit nem szeretsz

hemperegj velem hóban, a fűben ,

faragjunk tököt, jégszobrokat,

pengessünk húrokat,

gitár, üstdob és cintányér is legyen!

Egy húron pendülni, - míg el nem szakad!

Aztán tegyél el utánam mindent,

porold le, tüntesd el a nyomokat.

A hajszálakat, a parfüm illatát,

jól szellőztesd ki majd a szobát!
