Sciatica hit me out of the blue

As if someone stuck a stick in my back

There's no dancing, there's no spinning

I feel like a robot with a handful of mud

What do you recommend for pain

A neighbor says drink vodka for that

But how can I get up when every sock hurts

I found a handful of exercises on YouTube

Although with every movement I scream like a bird

Sciatica, oh you evil beast

The doctor told me to put some cream on it

But it smells like a basement problem

He said "take a walk and don't sit too long"

But how can I walk when it hurts for so long

It hugs me tightly like a dog in summer
