The concept of this song is about being true to your own unique self, because you're the only one who can do things and live life the way you do. We all have our own unique stories that colour our personalities and the way we go about our lives.
Be inspired by others, but there's no need to copy, just be true to you.
I always have a lot of admiration for the way that other creators make what they do on here. There's constantly the "I wish I'd thought of that" or "Wow! That's amazing!" kind of moments. I am always learning, and trying to improve what I'm doing. I don't want to get stuck into a rut of thinking that there is only one way to go about things. Or the idea that because someone else has more followers than me, that I'm somehow going about everything the wrong way. It's easy to have those thoughts, but right from the start, I always wanted this to be an organic thing. A kind of "build it and they will come" thing. It's a slow process, and it gets frustrating at times when I lose a little patience. But I still feel that that is the right way to go about it for me.
So I will continue to do me. I will grow. I will learn. I will create.
