My Refuge, My Fortress - Psalm 91
A warm, reflective male vocal with a soulful R&B delivery—grateful, intimate, and emotionally resonant. The tone should be smooth and low-register, avoiding powerful belts in favor of a breathy, nuanced sincerity. The instrumentation centers on mellow acoustic guitar fingerpicking and a simple, melancholic acoustic piano melody. Underpin this with a soft, relaxed lo-fi drum beat and subtle vinyl warmth. Add minimalist, atmospheric touches in the background—like a soft synth pad or a sparse, melodic electric guitar riff—to create a modern, textured, and intimate K-pop indie feel.

Lyrics
Verse 1
In the shadow of the Almighty, I will dwell
In the shelter of my God, I will reside
I will say of the Lord, "You are my refuge
My fortress and my God, in You I hide."
Chorus
You will cover me with Your feathers
Under Your wings, I find my rest
Your faithfulness will be my shield and my wall
I will not fear the terror of the night
Nor the arrow that flies in the daylight.
Verse 2
Though a thousand fall beside me, ten thousand at my side
This evil it will not come near
For You have charged Your angels all around me
To guard me and to keep me in Your care.
Chorus
You will cover me with Your feathers
Under Your wings, I find my rest
Your faithfulness will be my shield and my wall
I will not fear the terror of the night
Nor the arrow that flies in the daylight.
Bridge
Because I love You, Lord, You will rescue me
You will protect me, for I know Your name.
When I call on You, I know You will answer
You are with me in trouble, You'll bring me through the flame.
Chorus
You have covered me with Your feathers
Under Your wings, I have found my rest!
Your faithfulness is my shield and my wall!
I will not fear, I will not fear!
I will see Your salvation, Lord, all the days of my life!
Outro
With long life, You satisfy me...
And show me Your salvation...
My refuge... my fortress... my God...
...in You I hide.
