The horrid, clinging apathy is seen.

Indifference comes and steals the soul away,

Indifference brings a slumber, come what may,

A sleep that has no end, a story told.

So wake up from your ordinary dream,

And wash your tired eyes from dust and grey!

This precious life, a singular bright stream,

Just let it in your scarlet hearts to stay!

The day will be both sunny and so cool,

A simple smile will be an important thing.

Your life will once again with joy be full,

They open up their eyes, so pale and blank,

Their smiles are boring, painful to the view.

The sunset hours, the dawn's light on the bank,

For them don't matter, they don't have a clue.

Indifferent to the things they have to do,

Indifferent if their soul is dead or not,

Like an amoeba floating in a jar,

They do not care what was or what will be?!
