Scholars and engineers believe that every star, orbit, and moment follows a precise mechanism that can be predicted through Astral Predictive Technology, a system that reads the movements of the heavens like the gears of an immense celestial machine.

High above the world floats Celestime City, a rotating, music box metropolis built upon titanic clockwork gears. At its center stands the Clockheart Tower, an astronomical engine that synchronizes the city's energy with the rhythm of the cosmos.
