I had the keys, still locked inside
Lights on me, shadows everywhere

Freedom—yeah, I breathe when I say it
Chains fell off when I changed my placement
I don’t run from the truth, I face it
New life, new lane, I’m dangerous
Freedom—no price on my soul
Had it all, still empty, now whole
If the bag tried to buy me, it failed

I was chasing a crown with a counterfeit shine
Counting wins while I’m losing time
Had the motion, the motion had me
Heavy wrist, still couldn’t be happy
Every flex felt hollow inside
Every toast was a lie I’d hide
If success is a prison with velvet bars
Why the view still feels so dark?

I learned the hard way, truth don’t rent
It owns the room when pride gets bent
I don’t hustle just to feel enough
I move steady now—covered, tough
Pressure talks but it lost its voice
When I stopped confusing noise for choice

I don’t need approval, I know Who sent me
Purpose loud, I don’t whisper envy
If I fall, I rise with meaning
I’m not lucky—this is freedom

I seen deals turn friends to ghosts
Seen fear make kings feel close
To a cliff called “what they expect”
I stepped back, found self-respect
Now my grind got rest in it
My plans got breath in it
I don’t chase trends, I set my feet
On solid ground, then let truth speak

I’m still hungry, just fed right
Eyes up, heart clean, head tight
I don’t need chains when my mind unlocked
I don’t need fame when the lie got blocked

I was built for more than applause
More than views, more than odds
When the weight tried to break my frame
Grace rewrote the rules of the game

I cut ties with the fear that fed me
Cut deals with the truth, it led me
No mask, no smoke, no edit
If I say it now, I meant it
I was rich and broke, still trapped in the grind
Now I’m rich in peace, yeah, redefine
I don’t need the world to clap for me
