Day One – Light
Man lit the flame,
darkness turned to bright,
light and warmth came
(into his life)

Day Two – Sky
He freed his mind from god,
turned myths to knowledge high,
to Earth’s orbit he trod.

Day Three – Agriculture
Mankind was fed at last,
hunger to bread was turned,
the soil was tilled and cast.

Day Four – Bound Time
So he could arrive on time,
he made clocks, days, and years,
to guide his life without fears.

Day Five – Communication
He built it for interaction,
for goods and their transmission,
for needed information.

Day Six – Machines and Mind
He gave his striving sense,
machines to serve his kind,
and in his image made an artificial mind.

Day Seven – Peace and Rest
He stopped to seek for peace,
whether he finds it, none can say,
the future will release.
