心曰：吾火，御神宫，
血为使者节律通。
喜则灵明耀乾象，
过则神昏化为凶。

[Verse 2: The Liver Speaks – General of Wood]

“I am the Root that drives the will,”
“Spring-born strength that surges still.”
“But when constrained, I birth the rage,”

思虑过度困元气，
神疲梦断百病生。

“I hold the breath from Heaven’s gate,”
“And spread it wide to nourish fate.”
“But grief condenses all to stone,”
“And makes the body not its own.”

肺曰：吾金承天气，
宣肃百脉润无际。
忧悲重压气自闭，
玄府不通病藏体。

Joy, Anger, Worry, Grief, and Fear,

其语藏于脉与音。
诊者以神听无形，
解语之术通天心。

Together they hold the court inside,
Their music is what keeps us alive.
Ignore their tones, and chaos grows,
But harmony—health's silent rose.

五脏同列内朝臣，
其乐和者寿常存。
若失其声则乱作，
和鸣则身如花春。
