Lyrics
Dead Men Tell No Tales” is not about a single leader — it’s about the illusion of leadership itself.
The “Great Benefactor” was already dead, long before the people discovered it. His body merely a vessel — embalmed, dressed in ceremony, and propped up before the nation like a mechanical saint.
The truth? The system no longer needed him. The gears of bureaucracy had become self-sustaining — a machine-god born of taxes, obedience, and fear.
Even death could not stop the rhythm of production. The body dies; the order remains.
The song is both elegy and revelation — that tyranny no longer needs tyrants. The mechanism itself is immortal.

The banners wave above the throne,
A corpse adorned in brass and bone.
The crowd still cheers, the trumpets wail,
But dead men tell no tales.
His hollow eyes still seem to see,
Through glass and wire, through memory.
A voice repeats through static veil,
But dead men tell no tales.
His hollow eyes still seem to see,
Through glass and wire, through memory.
A voice repeats through static veil,
But dead men tell no tales.
The gears still turn, the stamps still fall,
The Ministry commands it all.
Dead men tell no tales!
Yet the system breathes through rust and nails.
The leader’s gone, but the code prevails—
Dead men tell no tales!
The clerks still write, the ledgers bleed,
Each name reduced to file and creed.
The iron cage, it will not fail—
For dead men tell no tales.
They keep his body dressed in gold,
A symbol forged, a lie retold.
The crowd believes, the engine sails,
Though dead men tell no tales.
Dead men tell no tales!
Their silence fuels the nation’s sails.
The gears obey, the truth derails—
Dead men tell no tales!
And when the smoke has cleared the veil,
The machine remains... eternal, pale.
For power lives where conscience fails—
And dead men tell no tales...
