the creature and its leftovers

The leftovers becoming creatures

for years I have been saving some space

but actually it is rather

cramped in compartments

Cramped cramping compartments

my tongue sometimes sinks

to my heart

Sinking slinking

licks it and brings up

the sediment

with the back of the tongue

obscenely spewing over all the compartments

an almost excess of space
