This song is "Heungbo is Flabbergasted" (Heungbo-ga Giga-mak-hyeo), which was submitted to the 1995 Gangbyeon Song Festival by the male duet "Yook-gak-su". Based on the anonymous Joseon-era classic "Heungbo-jeon", it achieved the top spot on music programs across all three major broadcasting networks. The production intent was to redesign the desperate situation of the classic "Heungbo-jeon" into dance music, capturing the sentiment of "Han" a deep-seated sorrow that is sublimated through humor. By setting the hopeless plight of Heungbo, who is driven out in the bitter midwinter cold, to a retro rhythm and beat, the track implements an energetic fusion sound that anyone can groove to and empathize with.

이 곡은 조선 후기의 작자 미상 "흥보전"을 주제로 1995년 강변가요제에 "육각수"라는 남성 듀엣이 출품했던 곡으로 방송 3사 음악방송에서 모두 1위를 차지한 "흥보가 기가막혀"입니다. 고전 "흥보전"의 절박한 상황을 댄스 음악으로 새단장을 하여, 슬픔을 해학으로 승화시키는 '한'의 정서를 담았습니다. 엄동설한에 쫓겨나는 흥보의 막막함을 복고풍 리듬과 비트에 실어, 누구나 몸을 흔들며 공감할 수 있는 에너제틱한 퓨전 사운드를 구현하는 것이 제작 의도입니다.
