雨あがりのしづかな風がそよいでゐた
あのとき
叢は露の雫にまだ濡れて
蜘蛛の念珠も光つてゐた　
東の空には
ゆるやかな虹がかかつてゐた　
僕らはだまつて立つてゐた
黙つて！

ああ何もかもあのままだ
おまへはそのとき　
僕を見上げてゐた
僕には何もすることがなかつたから

また風が吹いてゐる
また雲がながれてゐる　
明るい青い暑い空に

With the rainbow and you,
the gentle wind stirred after the rain, at that moment,
the shrubs were still wet with drops of dew, and the spider's beads sparkled.
In the eastern sky, a gentle rainbow arched.
We stood in silence, quietly!
Ah, everything remains just as it was, at that moment,
you looked up at me, for I had nothing to do.
(Though I loved you.)
(You loved me once)
The wind is blowing again, and the clouds are drifting by again.
In the bright, blue, hot sky, it seemed like there was nothing to change.
The song of the little birds echoes, and the flowers are blooming beautifully.
Even on your eyelashes, a tiny rainbow must be resting.
