Started with the sunrise, bottle in my hand,

Golden in the glass like the heat on the sand.

Sip a little sweet, drift a little slow,

Tide takes the worries where the sea foam flows.

Flip-flops slap and the palm trees sway,

Nothin' on my mind but another rum day.

Pour it in the coconut, twist in some lime,

Float through the hours on Caribbean time.
