To drink forgetful waters, so clear,

To forget and to not even tell,

To my very self, the secret I must quell.

Unspoken reasons brought me life,

An unseen moon in this unseen strife.

To not disturb your own great self,

I chase your nightmares, leaving them on the shelf.

Archetype of love and death's embrace,

A rebel youth in a frantic race,

With death, love becomes immortal,

A debt to pay at some dark portal.

My own is the illusion's art,

Mine is the question from the start,

Yours is the story you relate,

Yours is the history, sealed by fate.

My own is the hallucination,

Mine is the silent contemplation,

Yours is the story you narrate,

The written history, sealed by fate

Dead ends in all your myths you've made, Ruins in the lives you've displayed,

And from a god-machine you call

For help to save you from the fall.

Dead-end worldviews, now they reside, Wreckage in your souls, where you hide, Your symbols remain empty and hollow

In the fake life you all follow.

The price for all the expenses you've accrued,

Which we have paid for, misunderstood, Sends an invoice to our mind's deep core, A bill for something we can't ignore.
