About the song:

This collaboration came to life after Mick found out that I had spent my last vacation in Ireland.

Mick happens to be a huge fan of Ireland and Scotland too - the Highlands, the roughness, the beauty, the people, the culture...

Just like me, he feels a strong connection to these places.

And here’s a little secret (well, not so secret anymore 😉): my mother is actually Irish by birth, so I spent every summer of my childhood right in the middle of my big Irish family.

Both Mick and I - and Mick, I hope it’s okay that I’m revealing this 😄 - are also massive fans of the movie Highlander! Of course only the first one, the original one... "There can be only one..." 😉

And if you take a listen to some of Mick’s very early songs (which you definitely should!!!), you’ll hear that beautiful “Celtic touch” shining through more than once.

So in this song, there’s actually quite a lot of TongMick to be found! :))
