They take my mind to a pleasant place,

One that gives me peace within,

Removing all sadness that has been.

I stand still and close my eyes,

Letting the breeze deep inside.

I truly feel the calmness;

Its gentle touch is like a kiss.

I then embrace all serenity;

Finally, I am content with me.
