THE CRUSHING

instrumental, no singing, no lyrics, starts with multiple elements together — industrial drums, distorted sub bass, synth drone, metallic broken piano, corrupted slowed samples, white noise static — all at very low volume, male and female voices creep in gradually, heavily distorted, completely unrecognizable, no longer human, tension builds slowly and inexorably, distorted metronome goes randomly out of time, white noise static grows with everything else, synth drone vibrates deep and physical, industrial drums hit harder and more erratically, distorted voices grow frantic and chaotic, sub bass grows until suffocating, huge cavernous reverb on everything, climax is a slow inevitable everything gets heavier and heavier, all elements collide drums, bass, drone, piano, static, voices crushing, voices merge with instruments, indistinguishable from noise, long slow fade out, all elements dissolve into silence, psychological horror, pure dread, distort everything, nothing clean survives
