Theme: This song was created for people living with Panic Disorder → slow and gentle pacing, whispered vocals, and repeated words like a mantra to comfort and soothe.
- The original artist has tons of cool songs and clever tricks, but I chose to remix this one because it’s a song about panic disorder — and I thought it might actually help if translated into English, even if I don’t know whether anyone will listen (lol).
- I started by researching what kind of wording people with panic actually need. For someone in the middle of a panic attack, what they need most is an anchor — something that pulls them back into the present. Hearing simple, repeated phrases like “It’s just a moment, breathe slow” works almost like a mental lullaby, gently syncing their breathing.So I remixed it with soft acoustic guitar picking and R&B tone, keeping the risk of overstimulation low (since too much sound can make the heart race even more). I layered in light harmonies to help the mind settle without getting stuck in “thought loops,” and that’s how this version was born.
