So, I’m gonna say it… its not that deep… heh.

Remember the first time, we met; I was confused.

You, knew me, and I knew few; almost none infact,

There’s tape, to fix this broken glass, it falls down

Again and again; and I know it’s cracked.

I still feel the sting; of the first hit, thats a fact.

I hide the pain, but my laugh is masked.

It felt like having your hero throw you back;

harsher shades of purple, its hard to laugh.

I’m still breathing, I’m holding on to the light
