"The Supreme Lord, the Personality of Godhead, is all-perfect, and since He is absolute and perfect, everything that comes from Him, especially this manifested world, is endowed with all that is necessary, as it is itself the complete whole. Everything that comes from the Complete Whole also possesses completeness. And, as the Complete Whole, He remains in perfect equilibrium, despite the fact that so many complete parts emanate from Him."
