I love making characters (I got 5 for myself xD) this challenge was a big wonderful surprise, but instead of put a character that I already made i decided to make a new one, from zero. Hope you guys like it.
In a world where music is the main form of attraction, entertainment, and commerce, one figure in particular caught everyone’s attention: DJester, a charismatic and mysterious character who created music with the sole purpose of making people laugh, whether through his funny lyrics or his danceable rhythms. Over time, DJester became a success—something he never expected to happen.
However, DJester couldn’t handle the pressure and the new world of fame; the weight of responsibility was too great. Just as every joke eventually loses its charm, DJester lost his: his soul, his creativity. Gradually, he faded into obscurity, becoming part of the past.
Now, with a sad mask fixed to his face, DJester was stunned after losing his fans and their respect. Anyone might have given up, but when a joke loses its humor, it can be perfected or reinvented. His desire to bring joy led DJester to spend long periods in isolation, studying, reflecting, and nurturing his creativity. After all, if a jester can’t make himself laugh, how could he make others react the same way?
But this isn’t a 100% happy ending. DJester managed to return to what he loved; his music came back to life, but this time he was different—confident and happy. Now, he was gathering a fanbase that loved and appreciated his art. DJester continues to compose music, not for money, not for fame, but simply to bring a smile to your face.
