German:
English:
Okay lovelies, this song is basically my inner fangirl every time a new gadget moves in. 😅📱💜 I know it’s "just" a phone, but that whole ritual of carrying the bag home, putting the box in the perfect light, peeling the foil veeeery slowly… sometimes it feels like a tiny restart. If you feel your own unboxing moment while listening, or catch yourself smiling, then this track did exactly what it was meant to do. 🫶

Zuhaus Schuhe weg, Jacke quer aufs Regal,
Unboxing time, mein Kopf macht Feuerwerk im Raum,

Saturday in the city, Apple Store in sight,
line in front of the door, my pulse sets kick and light.
Inside everything’s white, way too clean and way too bright,
I’m like: "iPhone seventeen, lavender, one please, alright."
Staff guy smiles and asks for storage, contract, plan,
I act super cool, but inside I’m shaking all I can.
Bag in my hand, that box so smooth and new,
I think: "Girl, this is right now so much more than just a toy for you."
I hold the box like treasure in my arm,
so much hype for glass and metal, somehow it feels warm.
Unboxing time, my little cinema on the table,
lavender light in my hand, suddenly I feel unstable.
Plastic crackles, heart beats loud,
every single millimeter somehow feels allowed.
Unboxing time, I’m almost freaking out with joy,
just me and this phone in this one little moment, oh boy.
On the way home in the train, bag feels made of glass,
sit down and check ten times if it’s still safe, no joke, it’s mad.
At home shoes off, jacket thrown somewhere aside,
coffee still stands somewhere, but today I let that slide.
I clear the table, wipe it once like a guest is on the way,
place the box right in the light, perfect angle for the day.
Camera in my head, I’m already talking in my mind:
"Hey guys, today it’s serious, come on, you’re aligned."
Deep breath in, one last little laugh,
then comes the moment when my fingers do the plastic math.
Unboxing time, my little cinema on the table,
lavender light in my hand, suddenly I feel able.
Plastic crackles, heart beats loud,
every single millimeter somehow feels allowed.
Unboxing time, I’m almost freaking out with joy,
just me and this phone in this one little moment, oh boy.
I peel the foil from the corner really, really slow,
that very first look at the glass totally steals the show.
Lid lifts up, the box breathes a quiet "ta-daa",
that tiny Apple logo smiles at me, just there it is, ha.
Cable neatly rolled, stickers pointless but so sweet,
"designed in california" and I cheer for every little sheet.
I run my hand along the edges, everything so smooth and cold,
thinking: "Wild how a piece of tech can hold my whole day in its hold."
Unboxing time, my head’s a firework in this room,
new wallpaper, fresh new start, almost like a tiny bloom.
Lavender shine in evening light,
Face ID looks at me and says: "Okay, I’ve got you right."
Unboxing time, I save this whole day in my heart,
because tiny stuff like this can pull my mind back into start.
Unboxing time, I’m taking all of this too deep,
but in that moment I forget what usually pulls me down so steep.
Push messages later, right now just us two,
I sit in lavender light and build my little world brand new.
La-la-la, at home in lavender light,
la-la-la, new phone, new me in sight.
