English: He stands silent amidst the illusory flow of life, Contemplating the five aggregates... quiet and nameless. The Prajna heart opens to a clear, vast sky, Ancient sorrows dissolve lightly like night dew. The gate of wisdom cracks open with a burst of light: Form is Emptiness... and Emptiness is right here. The self is free amidst the wide expanse of impermanence, Neither coming nor going... neither bound nor fading.

Japanese: 幻の世に、独り静かに立ちて 五蘊を照らし… 静寂の中に名もなき 般若の心、晴れ渡る空の如く 古の苦しみ、夜露のように消えゆく 智慧の門より、一筋の光が差し 色は即ち空… 空こそがこれなり 無常の広野に、身は自在なり 去来もなく… 執着も衰えもなし

[Sutra 2 – Lotus (Compassion Saving the World)]
[経 2 – 法華 (救世の慈悲)]

English: Hearing the silent cries of the human world, He manifests in every corner of the earthly realm. The Lotus pages bloom soft as jade lotuses, The Universal Gateway chapter shines on suffering in all directions. Amidst the raging fires, amidst the surging storms of the deep sea, Recite His name... and the winds and waves grow still. The practice of loving-kindness soothes the deluded mind, Leading people across the shore of troubled dreams.

English: A thousand bright eyes peer deep into the darkness, A thousand soft hands soothe the aches of pain. The Great Compassion Mantra echoes from the source, His manifestations are radiant and miraculous. A great vow as deep as the unexhausted sea: Until all are saved... He will not claim the highest throne. Amidst the myriad bitterness of the human world, With His name... the moon shines because of the stars.
